Hello Everyone!

I would like to thank everyone who has volunteered so far for the parade on
Saturday; we are looking forward to a great turnout!

Here are just a few reminders for the parade on Saturday!

We must be at the power company at US 40 and Carr Road by 9:00 A.M.!
The parade starts promptly at 10:00 A.M.
You must enter through the Carr Road gates.
Make sure your hound is good and rested!
Also, just a reminder, there are NO RESTROOMS ON SITE!  Please make sure you
take of “business” before your arrival!
Water and treats will be provided for the hounds before and after the
parade.
Make sure you wear either a Red, White or Blue shirt, and comfortable shoes!
We will have candy to toss to the crowds, and brochures that will need
passed out as well.

We would like to get a group photo including the float before the parade, so
please try to be there on time.

Should anyone have any other questions or if there is something I have
missed, please let me know!  I can’t thank you all enough for volunteering,
and look forward to seeing you all Saturday morning!  It is going to be
GREYT fun!

Also, if you have not volunteered for the parade on Saturday, but could
swing a shift at the booth, we still need volunteers for that as well!
