WHERE did spring go?  I don't know about you guys, but I feel cheated!  
Well, we have just the thing to take our minds off of it, a brand new show 
for us: the Women's Life Expo, which takes place April 27 - 29 at the IN 
State Fairgrounds.  How does chocolate, wine, shopping, fashion shows, and 
free massages sound?  Oh, and the details are still being worked out, but we 
may also have opportunites for your greyhound to pad his or her resume:  
Professional athlete (retired); couch potato (present); seeking temporary 
assignment as runway model!  The management of this show is very supportive 
of our efforts, and would love to incorporate our greyhounds into the 
fashion shows, if at all possible.  We have parking passes available for 
volunteers.   To volunteer or for more info, please see the link below.  We 
would love to see some foster doggies at this show (and possibly on the 
runway)!

For anyone who would rather be outside on a spring day, we can accommodate 
you there too!  We also need volunteers for Earth Day, the first, free, 
family-friendly event of the year. This event features over a hundred 
exhibits, food, and live entertainment and takes place on Saturday, April 
28th.  Maybe you'll be able to find out what happened to our spring while 
you're there!  This event is easily accessible on the American Legion Mall, 
off of Meridian, in downtown Indy.   Again, see the link for more info, or

Lastly, we have the 2007 Petfest on Saturday, May 5th, at the IN State 
Fairgrounds.  This is a very successful event that we have participated in 
for a number of years now, and alway have a good response from the public.  
This event has helped over 1500 animals find their forever homes, and very 
possibly a good number of greyhounds has been included in that number.  To
