Hello! 

 

The 2007 GPA Indianapolis Picnic will be held at the Boone County
Fairgrounds on September 23rd from 11-4. We already have 16 committed
vendors and lots of fun activities planned for humans and hounds alike! 

 

We would like to ask for all of your help with soliciting donations and
gathering silent auction items for the picnic. Please look out for the
following items and contact Tom and Marilyn Hamilton at
<mailto:paxton4 at sbcglobal.net> paxton4 at sbcglobal.net in order to arrange
donation drop off and/or pick-up.

Items Needed:

 

ü Silent Auction items such as gift certificates, gift baskets, “greyhound”
items, etc.

ü Registration Bag items such as coupons, promotional items, etc. (we will
need at least 200+ of each item for the registration bags) 

ü Corporate Sponsors - A corporate sponsor will be defined as any company
that would like to donate $200+ in cash or items.

We will have Silent Auction item drop off locations in Greenwood, Fishers
and Northwest Indianapolis. 

We look forward to seeing you all on the 23rd of September!
