GPA Indy Message Found Greyhound in Broad Ripple

Bella has found her lost humans and is now home safe and sound.  

We took her to Broad Ripple Animal Clinic and she had a micro-chip.  Her parents were not in the national registry but were clients of BRAC.  They called her parents and she was picked up within 15 minutes.

Thanks to all of you that had greyt suggestions that helped to find Bella's secret identity.  If you have micro-chipped hounds, please make sure that they are on the national registry!

This was the second incident this week with hounds on the loose.  Please check your fences, gates and landscaping to make sure the winter weather hasn't un-houndproofed your yard.  Spring fever has hit and lots of people are outside - locks on gates provide an additional level of security from people interested in opening gates to pet the good-looking and friendly hounds in your yard.

A loose Greyhound was found today around noon in Broad Ripple near the Canterbury Park and Monon Trail.  She is a petite female brindle in color with white on her feet.  She was found wearing a NASCAR collar on a yellow background.  Her tatoo numbers are 82099 and 59I or 69I.
