I am so very sad to say 
that our sweet Emma Rose has passed away today.  She was a member of our 
family for many, many years & will be missed more than words can say.  
She spent her early years racing at Seabrook, New Hampshire as Kiowa's Pixy Rose 
until she broke her leg & was never the same.   We were lucky 
enough to foster her and even luckier to fail at fostering her.  I remember 
many years ago when the call came letting me know that the rescue group I worked 
with in New York had found a home for her.  When I returned home after 
running some errands, my husband had a beautiful red bow on her collar & 
said "Merry Christmas she is staying".   
 
Emma will be missed deeply, 
but now she is free of the pain that the tumor in her chest caused her.  
Even though we didn't get her from GPA, you were very kind to welcome 
her, record her tags  & help out if there ever was a need & for 
that we are very grateful.
