GPA Indy Message Avita went to the rainbow bridge

One of our senior greyhounds, Avita, who was adopted by Rose and Dennie Snelling  in July, died this morning.  Dennie is in a hospital in Columbus , Ohio in critical condition, and has been there for several weeks.  Avita and Dennie were inseparable.  She was always at his feet or in the car with him.  She was grieving for him and went into pneumonia, and eventually organ shutdown.  Erlene Sichting was dog sitting with Avita,  greyhound, Lil King Tutt  (adopted in November), and Italian Greyhound, Sophie while Rose was in Columbus.  After Rose came back for her job,  Avita  still came for daycare..  In spite of all we did, Avita did not recover.  Rose and her two daughters and Dennie need your prayers.
